Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY AND DURATION:

1.  Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within the next 24-48 hours. Thereafter, you should receive your order in the next 7 business days. 
   
2. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. Hence, please be patient with the delays.
3. Should you have any concerns due to the delays, you can contact us by sending an email to sfinxera@gmail.com.
   
4. Please be informed that we do not compensate for any mental distress resulting from delays in delivery.
5. Kindly double check your correct shipping address at checkout. It cannot be changed once your order has been shipped. Sphinx is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
   
6. Sphinx is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the items leave our facility. We will try our hardest to provide the best case solutions.
